Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING TO USA

  • free-shipping.pngAll orders over $25 will be eligible for Free Shipping if shipped within the US.

  • The products are in stock in our warehouse and usually ships within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.

  • Your order will be shipped for free by USPS First-Class Mail. Average arrival time is 1 - 3 days with delivery confirmation. You may select faster FedEx shipping options at the prices displayed at checkout.

  • Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the USPS website at www.usps.com. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.  You can also log into your PerfecDraw account to view the tracking number.

  • Orders placed after 12 pm Pacific time will be shipped the following day.  We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Depending on which country, international orders will normally be shipped via USPS First-Class Package International. Average arrival time is 7-21 days, however arrival may take as long as 30 days or longer, depending on how long the customs service of your country holds the package. You will also have the option of selecting FedEx shipping for faster delivery.

  • Please note that some countries may hold shipments in customs for a certain amount of time and may charge customs fees for which you will be responsible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for packages held in customs. Please check with your local customs agency.

PerfecDraw® LIFETIME WARRANTY INFORMATION

warranty.pngIf your PerfecDraw instrument fails to function as intended, we will cheerfully repair or replace your PerfecDraw.  Perfec Cigar Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace at our discretion.  Your returned PerfecDraw may be replaced or repaired using refurbished parts, depending on the condition and age of the returned PerfecDraw.

Should you need to return your PerfecDraw for repair, please fill out the PerfecDraw Warranty Return Form.  This form must be filled out entirely, to the best of your ability, to prevent delays in processing.  If any areas are not filled out or not legible, we may contact you with questions via email or telephone.

Print and fill out this form legibly and include a copy in the mailing box or envelope.

We require that you use a trackable shipping method to ship your PerfecDraw to us. 

Perfec Cigar Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for warranty return products not received by us.

 We will also email you tracking information when shipping your PerfecDraw back to you.

We will notify you by email when your PerfecDraw is received at our warehouse.  Please allow 3 weeks to process your return.  

If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Contact Us form found at www.PerfecDraw.com.  

Exclusions: The Warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse or alterations made or performed by persons other than Perfec Cigar Solutions, Inc.

 

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RETURNS PROCEDURE

To return a PerfecDraw, simply follow these instructions.

If you have a Perfec Cigar Solutions account:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu

  3. Click the “Return Item(s)” button.

  4. Click Submit Return Request

  5. Fill out the Return Request form and submit.

  6. You will receive a confirmation email with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. For customers in the USA, we will also email a return USPS shipping label with instructions.  Customers from countries other than the USA should ship the return using a trackable method to:

  1. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and also include a copy of the confirmation email inside the package showing your name and RMA number. Failure to reference the RMA number may result in processing delays or inability to provide a refund.

  2. You must ship the PerfecDraw in its original condition with the original packaging within 5 days of receipt of the RMA number.  

  3. A refund will be issued to your credit card account within 15 days of receipt of the returned PerfecDraw.

 

If you DO NOT have a PerfecDraw account:

  1. Contact Perfec Cigar Solutions, Inc. customer service via the Contact Us link at www.PerfecDraw.com.

    1. Provide your name, email address and the telephone number where we may contact you if necessary.  

    2. State your reason for returning the PerfecDraw.

    3. Provide your order or invoice number.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will also email a return USPS shipping label with instructions to customers in the USA at no charge.  Customers from countries other than the USA should ship the return using a trackable method to:
